If you cannot play any games on Everskies for some reason, we’d recommend clearing your cookies/cache, and changing your browser or device to see if that resolves the problem. If you encounter “An Unknown Error has Occurred”, loading issues, or any problems out of the ordinary, we’d encourage you to submit a ticket to us at the Everskies Support Desk within 24-48 hours.

Once you submit a ticket, be sure to include what device you are using for Everskies, and what browser and version of Everskies you are using if applicable.
