If you did not receive a reward after completing an offer on Everskies, we would recommend waiting 24-48 hours first in order to ensure that your offer has been fully processed.

If you still do not receive your reward once this amount of time has passed, we would recommend contacting the offer provider directly at their Support Desk to see what went wrong with the offer.

1. Go to the “Stars” page and click on the “Offers” tab

2. Go to Option A, and click the “Headphones” icon in the upper right-hand corner

3. Follow the steps included under the “Get Help” tab once the specified amount of time has passed

To contact Support for Adgate Rewards (Option B,) you can do the following:

1.  Go to the “Stars” page and click on the “Offers” tab

2.  Go to option B, and click on the “Support” button in the upper right-hand corner

3. Click on the offer title that you have not received compensation for

4. Click on the “Contact” button and follow any additional steps
