Everyone with StarPass can submit designs. To achieve the Creator rank and the pink name, you have to meet some monthly requirements;

• Creator 1: Create 10 unique and approved items
• Creator 2: Sell 50,000 items
• Creator 3: Sell 100,000 items for Stardust

Requirements are updated daily on Everskies and are based on the past 30 day activity.

Creating items that are used for Official Events, Auctions and Starpass will grant you a Creator 3 boost. If you are already Creator 3, it will be extended by a month.
