Don't see your Stars updating in your Everskies wallet? Or maybe you didn’t receive your Starpass? Here's what to do:

Try logging out of your Everskies account, close the application/tab, and then log back in. Usually, this will refresh your purchase and your Stars/Starpass will be delivered.

For Stars/Starpass bought in the app:

If this does not work for you, please send us a ticket with your Apple or Google receipt. Your receipt should arrive in the email inbox associated with your Apple or Google account within three days of your purchase, you can also find your Apple purchase by going to your settings and look for your purchase history. We will then review the receipt for validation and issue you the missing Stars/Starpass.

For Stars/Starpass bought on desktop:

If this does not work for you, please send us a ticket with your Paypal receipt. Your receipt should arrive in the email inbox associated with your payment method within three days of your purchase. We will then review the receipt for validation and issue you the missing Stars/Starpass.
